REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Walton Public Service District (PSD) is seeking competitive
bids for a replacement Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) at the Walton Water
Treatment Plant and replacement soft starter at the McKown Creek booster
station in Walton, WV 25286.

Sealed
bids must be clearly marked as “VFD and Soft Starter” and must be received
by December 22, 2023, by 5pm. Mail Bids to Walton PSD PO Box 118 Walton, WV

Please
bid on the following:

Remove existing damaged VFD at the water plant and
install and program a new ABB ACQ580 60HP 240VAC VFD or equivalent at the water
plant.  Remove existing damaged soft
starter and install and program a new ABB 30HP 240VAC soft starter or
equivalent at the McKown Creek booster station, start up and testing for new
components.

Bid to include procurement of building permits,
clean up, and debris removal. Must be completed within 60 days of award.
