The City of Charleston is soliciting Expressions of Interest (“EOI” or “Proposals”) from qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering (“A/E”) services relating to development of bid specifications and construction drawings of and for City-owned parking garages (6) located at: 600 Washington Street, East, 503 Virginia Street, East, 915 Quarrier Street, East and 166 Summers Street, 200 Civic Center Drive, and 72 Lee Street E.
