The City of Charleston is soliciting Expressions of Interest (“EOI” or “Proposals”) from qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering (“A/E”) services relating to development of bid specifications and construction drawings of Charleston Fire Department Headquarters and Wellness Center.
