The Capital Sports Center Development Association, Inc., a joint development entity established by the Kanawha County Commission and the City of Charleston for the purposes of design, construct, equip, finance, operate, and maintain an indoor sports center to be known as the Capital Sports Center, is accepting proposals for the banking services of the Association.
