The City of Bluefield Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified firms to design, furnish and install a splash park at Lotito City Park. The proposal should reflect all costs associated with the project. Engineering, site work, the installation/construction of the pad, features, and some materials, specified herein, are to be provided by the Proposer.
