Notice of Intent to Sole Source:

This acquisition will be in support of Department of Homeland Security US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Air and Marine Operations (AMO). The U.S Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to Mesa Tactical 1775 Kuenzli St., Reno, NV 89502 for procurement of Mesa Tactical Shotgun Stock and Shell Carrier Kits. The Sole Source determination is based on the need for Mesa Tactical Shotgun Stock and Shell Carrier Kits which are already equipped on disabling shotguns in the current AMO inventory.

The period of performance is 60 days from date or award. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time. If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements.
