NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Project Title: Kee Federal Building Window Replacement CA Services
Announcement No.: KeeFBCA
GSA, PBS, Region 03 in Philadelphia, PA 19106, hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Riddick Fiedler Stern, a small business. The period of performance for this effort will be 304 calendar days. The total estimated value is less than $100,000.00.
This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 8.405-2 for the aforementioned requirement based on the application of (1) 41 USC 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.301-2. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the options included in this requirement.
Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and would not be cost or time prohibitive.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
