Description

This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR 5.201 and DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d), Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it is determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements, as supplemented with additional information in this notice.



The USACE, Huntington District intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract to AECOM Technical Services Incorporated, UEI EPUXNLX5EYC4, CAGE 4L767.



The work to be performed is to utilize AECOM Technical Services Incorporated designed, installed, owned, maintained and operated real time Automated Data Acquisition System at the Bluestone Dam Project to continue to monitor structural and geotechnical parameters during construction of the spillway basin to completion, analyzing the data, maintaining, updating, and reacting to data to advise the government on the need to evacuate the basin for life safety reasons.




  • The period of performance is from June 04, 2024, through completion of the spillway construction currently estimate to complete in August 2028 with options to extend up to one year due to potential construction delays to completion.
