Description

The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to provide the Hershel "Woody" Williams VAMC Canteen and In Patient Kitchen with a monthly grease trap cleaning service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).



Period of Performance: Base Year Period and 4 Optional Year Periods.

Base Year Period: 16 May 2024 to 15 May 2025

Option Year Period 1: 16 May 2025 to 15 May 2026

Option Year Period 2: 16 May 2026 to 15 May 2027

Option Year Period 3: 16 May 2027 to 15 May 2028

Option Year Period 4: 16 May 2028 to 15 May 2029

The award decision will be based on a quote submitted as the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
