SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION
This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought/RFI only. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 339112. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. SOW for Stretchers
Martinsburg VAMC
Purpose
The Martinsburg VAMC is looking to replacement end of life stretcher throughout the hospital. Stretchers are needed to transport patients around the hospital to different departments. The selected stretcher should be ergonomic and easy to identify and use. It should be safe to use for staff. Stretchers should come with an IV pole and have the ability to be used in a radiology area. Stretchers with 5th wheel technology will be highly considered do to maneuverability in small areas.
Hours of Operation
Normal hours of coverage are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Standard Time excluding national holidays. Equipment shall be delivered during normal hours unless otherwise scheduled with the COR or his/her designee.
