This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 is seeking to procure radiopharmaceutical supplies to the Beckley West Virginia VA Medical Center.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05.

This solicitation is unrestricted.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. The FSC/PSC is 6505 Drugs and Biologicals.

This RFQ is for a single award. The Government reserves all rights to award all or none.
The acquisition will be procured utilizing a Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract vehicle. The contract will have a base year, with four option periods.
This solicitation is for brand or equal FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal has been included in the RFQ.
This contract will be for FOB Destination all quotes received any other why are consider nonresponsive.
The Government reserves the right to one-on-one discussions with quoters to clarify any information given.
Please review the following attachments prior to formulating a quote response
Evaluation Approach. The Government will evaluate quotations using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. The Government reserves the right to consider a quotation other than the lowest price that provides additional benefit(s). Quotations may exceed minimum requirements of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to select a quotation that provides benefit to the Government that exceeds the minimum requirements of the solicitation but is not required to do so. Each response must meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation.
All quoters shall submit a completed SF1449 to the email address in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
The Government will formulate its offer from the information submitted.
