The Contractor shall furnish (F.O.B. Destination within consignee’s premises) all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, vehicles and other items / services necessary and incident to the provision NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE (TRASH) COLLECTION & REMOVAL SERVICES at the West Virginia National Cemetery,42 Veterans Memorial Lane, Grafton, West Virginia 26354. Services shall be provided on an “as needed / as requested” basis. Requirement includes providing 20-30 CY Dumpster.
