1. Are we able to schedule a site visit for this? Yes, please contact Jim Adkins

2. Preventative Maintenance on all hospital bed head units where oxygen, med gas, and vacuum/suction connections are located as needed. There isn't a PM schedule for these that I am aware of. We can test outlets and check for leaks. Does this suffice?

That is fine, however; contract to include repairs/parts as needed

3. Vendor to provide all parts, labor, material, equipment, and supervision too conduct Quarterly Preventive Maintenance on three Medical Air Systems, three Medical Vacuum Systems and all hospital bed head units where oxygen, med gas and vacuum/suction connections are located. PM pricing on pumps and compressors can be provide but ca the others be quoted as needed.

4. The PM compressor equipment info seems to not be the system manufacturers info. Can you please provide correct information?

5. There is a 2 hour response time in the SOW, can this be amended to reflect a 48-hour response time?
