Description

Sources sought for bulk (25) lightweight tamper proof prison wheelchairs. Wheelchairs will be solid with no hollow cavaties or tubing. Material must be strong enough to withstand being tooled into a weapon. Must meet or exceed the specifications as listed:




  • Durable, lightweight, synthetic molded chair body (
  • Color: Lt Blue

  • Solid, contoured seat 16"-18"

  • Seat Back: Solid Fabric

  • Ergonomically designed full control handle molded into chair side

  • Flip-up, adjustable front footrests: interlocking

  • Adjustable, two-positions armrests or securely fastened armrests available

  • Folds to 13.5″ wide with wheels

  • Adjustable seat to floor angle to accommodate individual preferences

  • Adjustable seat-to-floor height and rear axle mounting bracket positions

  • Quick release front rigging optional
