The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton in Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a solicitation for the Brand Name Requirements of brand specific, Myers Lighting Inverter, Illuminator Series IE (Standard Transfer) as prescribed in FAR part 13 under NAICS Code 33513. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business with a delivery date to be no more than 45 days ARO. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, FCC Hazelton Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, lowest price technically acceptable.

Evaluation factors as prescribed in 52.212-2 will be applied as well as 52.211-6 Brand Name. The solicitation will be made available on May 4, 2023, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov.
