This is a firm-fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 – Facility Support Services. Performance Begins 1/1/2024 for a base year plus four (4) option years.

To attend the site visit, advance notice must be made by September 19, 2023 at 1:00PM Eastern to Melinda Davis at melinda.davis@faa.gov . Please provide name of company and the name of each person attending the site visit.

Please document all your questions while at the site visit and submit them to the Contracting Officer by the close via email by the date and time as directed below. Questions will not be answered during the site visit.
