The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District has a requirement for the construction of the Jennings Randolph Lake Project Administration and Maintenance Buildings. This procurement is a small business set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a design-bid-build firm-fixed-price contract using the procedures of FAR 14 and 36. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The small business size standard is $39,500,000.00 for this NAICS. The jobsite is located at Jennings Randolph Lake in Elk Garden, WV.
