THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The United States Coast Guard (USCG), National Maritime Center (NMC) is developing the acquisition strategy for Contractor Technical, Administrative, and Medical Review and Recommendation Support Services for the NMC Medical Evaluation Program. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR PROPOSAL, AND NONE WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary and will be considered solely to inform the acquisition strategy for the anticipated action for medical records review support services. Information provided to the Government as a result of this posting is strictly voluntary and shall be provided at no cost to the Government.

Contact with government personnel other than the Contracting Officer and/or the Contract Specialist identified in the notice provided in "Attachments" by any potential offeror or their employees regarding this notice or potential action is strictly prohibited. The purpose of this notice is to identify capable and interested entities to provide the required medical records review support services as outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

Interested parties shall submit a capability statement and elective supporting documents as specified by the closing date of this notice and will be considered by the Government for the purposes of determining the acquisition strategy for a future solicitation. The capability statement shall outline the potential offeror's experience with the medical occupational health field and providing the services described in the draft SOW. Potential offerors shall not submit proprietary information when responding to this notice, and that the Government will not return any information provided in response to this notice.

The performance start date for the anticipated action is estimated as 23 March 2024.
