This is a combined synopsis. solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commerical Service, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additioanl information included in this notice. This annoucement constitiutes the only solicitation; proposals and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 52800PR230001839 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This RFQ is for all needed parts and services to repair the Vertiv Liebert iCOM-S system and place it back in operation within its C5I Service Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia.

Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation requires regristration with the System for Award Managment (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). Registration information can be found at http://www.sam.gov. UNIQUE ENTITY IDENTIFIER (UEI) NUMBER, FEDERAL TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND CAGE CODE MUST BE INCLUDED.

The procurement is a Firm Fixed Price, no set-aside requirement, and the is associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415, Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. Product Service Code is: J041. Only qualified offerors may submit bids.

The description of the requirment is required on behalf of United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence's Service Center (C5ISC) Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems. The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order.

Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest price offeror whose offer meets all specified requirements within the Statement of Work (SOW).

Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
