Description

Contract action for Lock-Out Tag-Out services was not awarded competively due to the fact that it was considered to be an Unusual and compelling urgency per FAR Part 6.302-2. In accordance with a memorandum from the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force Environmental Division, the service had to be completed before 1 March 2023. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the matter and the fact that is is a low-dollar action, a Justification and Approval (J&A) was completed for the action and is on file.
