The U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick Division, on behalf of the Program Manager Protection and Integration (PM-PI) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Mustang Survival Inc, located at 214 Williams Dr., Spencer, West Virginia 25276-1846, under the authority prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). The requirement is for legacy Maritime Assault Suit Systems (MASS) Repair Parts and Refurbishment.

This is for the acquisition of MASS repair parts and refurbishment. Mustang Survival Manufacturing, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and owner of the proprietary design of the units. As such, no other vendor can provide the required replacement parts or perform the required refurbishments of the Mustang Survival MASS.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315210 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees.
