Delineated Area: See attached map. Starting at State Route 19/South Pike Street Pike and Saltwell Road, travel southeast on Saltwell Road, following it to Benedum Drive. Travel South on Benedum Drive to Interstate 79. Travel south on Interstate 79, to Route 279. Travel south on Route 279, to State Route 50. Travel southwest on State Route 50 to South Virginia Avenue. Travel south on South Virginia Avenue to Route 58. Travel west on Route 58 to Interstate 79. Travel south on Interstate 79 to Elk Creek Road. Travel north on Elk Creek Road/Buckhannon Pike to Route 98. Travel west on Route 98/Clarksburg Park Way to Milford Street/State Route 19. Travel north on State Route 19/Milford Street/West Pike Street/Shinnston Pike/South Pike Street, ending at Saltwell Road.
