The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton in Hazelton, West Virginia, intends to issue a parts only solicitation to replace a total of 4, Cold Zone model number ITE36-460, as prescribed in FAR part 13 under NAICS Code 423740. New units must be the same model number or a direct replacement unit with 208/230V, 3 PH, 404A refrigerant and include mounted expansion valve: solenoid valve and thermostat. As facing the unit, the refrigerant lines must come from the left side and electrical lines must come from the right side. This solicitation is unrestricted with a delivery date to be no more than 90 days ARO. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, FCC Hazelton Warehouse, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.

Evaluation factors as prescribed in 52.212-2 will be applied. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2023, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: https://sam.gov. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is May 31, 2023, at 12:00 PM EST. A signed SF 1449, including vendor information with a valid UEI must be submitted to be considered a viable quote. Quotes must follow the solicitation as prescribed. Payment will be made using prompt payment terms under electronic funds transfer.
