The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of their Information and Security Services (ISS), is issuing this unrestricted Brand-Name or Equal solicitation with NAICS 518210 to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for obtaining Mainframe Cloud Transition Services and Support on an as needed basis. Fiscal Service requires transition to a cloud mainframe that is either IBM (SmartCloud) or equal in its capabilities of providing minimum salient characteristics, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), herein.
